Please note that Ban Sainai Resort does not serve or sell any alcoholic beverages or any pork products.Please to informed that the "Grand Lake View Cottage" room type cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 due to safety reasons.Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.A free shuttle service to Aonang downtown will be available only until 21:45 hrs.Please note that Lunch, Dinner, and Room service are not available for the moment.***Important Notice***2025 will be the new era to us. Renovation and new room design construction plan will occur during June – November 2025.
This will cover area of Grand Pond View Cottage. The noise disturbance may occur during day time of 09:00 am. – 05:00 pm daily. Everything was in attention to detail. Ban Sainai totally relaxed us. It was luxurious waking up to a pond every morning. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast is delicious too and so many little things are taken care of. The staff is all so warm and friendly. And everyone is always smiling. The rooms and premises are very clean and premium. Would suggest everyone looking for a totally relaxing luxurious vacation to enjoy Krabi to book this hotel. You won't be disappointed. It's literally in the laptop of nature and paradise. They have an hourly complimentary shuttle service to the main AoNang Market which is convenient. They have golf cart to the room too. They gave me a small suprise on my birthday too and made it so memorable. Thank you Ban Sainai for making our Krabi visit so memorable.

We had an excellent stay! The location was amazing: the pool offers a breathtaking view that makes every swim feel special. The beach was a 20 to 30 minute walk, but the hotel offers a shuttle-service. The entire property was spotless and well taken care of. The staff members were so friendly, helpful and fun to talk to, which really made our stay special. Breakfast was delicious and we have a new favorite sweet: the roti with chocolate sauce! The à la carte meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Krabi is one of our new favorite destinations and we will we return if we are ever back in the region.

Quiet cozy location, charming breakfast setting with lots of healthy and tasty options, professional and kind staff, beautiful views and well-managed property grounds, and immaculate swimming pools both the private one in our villa, and the common one on the grounds. The villa is brand new and has everything one could possibly need during a stay in Krabi. This is the one resort that makes me want to come back.
