The reception seemed clean, had some games to pass time, had some chairs and tables for food , The rest of the staff were really amaizing, two gentlemen that we dealt with at the reception when renting a bike and also some other two young ladies that helped us with a few things were really amaizing and helpful, all except one lady that checked us in and also another time that I approached the desk to ask for something and she had this annoyed attitude and asked me to wait for a whole "unExaggerated" one minute as she did something on her cellphone and form what I could see it was a reply to a message, quite unprofessional not to look up and atleast excuse yourself properly as you finish something, it's a customer service courtesy,(Again specifically and uncategorically reffering to only One individual lady who made the whole experience not-so good)

Decent amount of space in the bedrooms, good lounge area and large kitchen. Pool was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was what we needed - out of the madness of Ao Nang central! Western style breakfast with minor variety in the hot food day to day. Helpful fridge with stock of some basics in case, as was a long way to drive to pick up anything.
