The apartment is perfect for a family holiday, perfectly equipped, very clean, comfortable beds and a 3-minute walk to a sandy and safe beach. The host was very nice and helpful. Such a place and the host's approach are the dream of every vacationer. We recommend it wholeheartedly and we will come back here in the future!

It’s very cozy elegant and very comfortable apartment. There are two floor, very comfortable kitchen, new appliances, pretty view from balcony! To the beach 2 minutes. Located in central walking street. Opposite entrance supermarket, fruit-market, cafe, pizzeria, good cloth - shoes- shops. Anzio is friendly town with friendly citizens!!! Host Francesco is very positive and nice guy. Helped us in everything)

The location was perfect, bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Anzio; shops, cafes, supermarket, restaurants are all at the doorstep. The apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures. Very stylish, clean and spacious. It was well equipped so we were able to cook on couple of occasions. There is one balcony overlooking the main street and one balcony on the back, overlooking a well kept, green and quiet yard. Communication with Francesco was very easy via Booking.com and later on when we travelled on What'sApp. He organised beach towels for us as we were travelling light, what made our trip more comfortable. The beach is only few steps away, however, please be aware, most centrally located beaches in Italy are places where you have to pay for a bed and/or umbrella. In August this was around 20 Euros for a day. There are free beaches where no payment has to be made, just 5-10 minutes by foot in both directions from the central beach.
