Desmond was a superb host and really friendly. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He arranged a tour of the ancient city for us with Kuma (absolutely amazing tour guide!) and shared lots of information about Sri Lanka and his experiences. The accommodation was big and clean. The pool was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious! We would highly recommend for a family stay as the pool is clean and easy to keep an eye on and there is a lovely space to sit on the balcony in the morning or evening and watch the world go by.

Great location. Perfect to refresh in the pool after sightseeing. Good food in the restaurant. We really enjoyed our spacious and clean room. Kids loved the pool and the shower with coconut view 😉 Very friendly and helpful staff

I would highly recommend this place. Desmond the hotel manager was so friendly and helpful. He gave us options on tours with no pressure to take them. But when he did arrange for Kuma to take us around the old city his knowledge and English were excellent. At the hotel the pool was a welcome relief after the heat of the day. The chef produced some fantastic food and everything was at a very reasonable price. Apart from us all the other guests were cheerful and we all got along. Thank you Desmond and Staff
