In order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they receive from the accommodation by e-mail on your arrival day.Cleaning costs are included in the price of the stay. However, please note that if the accommodation is left in an excessive state of dirtiness, the property will charge an additional cleaning fee.Please note that in case of any damage, an extra fee will be charged. Hosting a party, smoking and bringing pets is also not allowed, otherwise an extra fee will charged for compensation.Please note that the sofa bed will only be prepared for you when the maximum capacity of the flat or the maximum capacity minus 1 person is reached. In other cases, the sofa bed can be prepared upon request at an extra cost of EUR 25 per stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was a very nice and accessible appartement. Everything was in order. Even had enough kitchen appliances. The view on to the meir was also perfect. And added bonuses like the towel heater and the smart functions. I would really recommend booking this appartement the next time you are in Antwerp!

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Centrally located, excellent for travelling with friends (up to 8 people). Good facilities for cooking.
