Stayed end-April, so not high season, and Sapphire House was good value. The road to the entrance was under construction whilst we were there and the hotel made every effort to avoid disturbance to our stay. The old building is tastefully refurbished with lots of rooms to relax after a days sightseeing. Rooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds . Staff were friendly and professional. Many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Loved our stay in Antwerp and at Sapphire House.

Beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location for exploring the Old Town. The staff were lovely. Our room was incredible and we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staffs are friendly and always smiling. Location is good though there is a huge road work outside. The room size is okay.

Overall lovely hotel in the middle of Antwerp. Nice looking bar/restaurant on ground floor and friendly staff. Overall, all good, as one would expect from a Marriot, but nothing exceptional
