PROS - the room was huge, clean, with a decent kitchenette, in an interesting historic building, with a lift, in a decent part of town, walking distance to town and the festival at Waagnatie we were attending. There was hot water and the bathroom, while small and old, was functional. The manager was very friendly.

It was roomie, and they had everything I'd expect from an bnb. Bedding was nice and pillow was stuffed enough. Everything that mattered was clean!
