Please contact the owner solely when arrived at the property, as check-in is automated via phone. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.Please note that the entire Aplace building is a non-smoking area. Since we want to guarantee every guest ‘a smoke free area’, we will charge a penalty of EUR 350 if we find traces of smoking (ashes, smell, cigarette butts…).Please note that the building does not have an elevator.Please note that the obligatory city tax of EUR 2.97 p.p.p.n. needs to be paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location in the old part of the city was ideal for exploring this part on foot. The apartment was large but cosy, very good facilities. We did not meet the owner in person but had perfect contact via whatsapp explaining how to find the place and procedues to enter the apartment.

The flat was in a central location, excellent facilities and stylish space. It was perfect for our family of 3. We could have spent more time there but there was so much to see and do in the city. Communication with Calvin was easy and he was able to allow us use of the apartment for longer on our leaving day.
