We loved the location and ambiance. Everything was so cosy, warm and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful. They organised for us the taxi to the Guatemala City Airport the following day and we paid for it by card, which meant a lot because it was our last day and we didn’t want to withdraw more cash. The room was nice and clean.

The location is good — within walking distance of the central park. They can also arrange a shuttle from Guatemala City Airport, which was very convenient. There is a supermarket and several restaurants just around the corner.
