Good location. Good size room. Netflix and Amazon. Breakfast included at good rate. Kind and welcoming staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Really great people with outstanding customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a couple of doors down and it was nice, but is just presented to you without staff talking to you or checking whether you have any allergies etc. The staff there are not attentive and were more interested in their own breakfast and chatting/looking at their phones. The hotel let me store my luggage after I checked out, which was a huge bonus

Staff were very helpful and attentive to our questions/needs. I asked for a different room as no window in the original room and it was very hot at night, we were shown a different room with no bother. We were also able to leave our bags at the hostel before check in and leave them behind having checked out while we hiked Acatenango which I greatly appreciated. We also were able to use the facilities upon collecting them. Again. Very appreciative of this and can't thank the staff enough. Delicious breakfasts and a take away option on the day we left early for our hike.
