Perfect location for exploring the area. A few mins walk from Juan Les Pins train station. Apartment was above a handy large spar food store, with other supermarkets nearby. The sea front with a lovely public beach was only a few minutes away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for two women- we had our own bedrooms and spent time on the balcony. We were very impressed with Juan Les Pins.

The apartement is well equipped with two balconies. There is a shop downstairs which is useful! We left two jackets in the apartment and noticed some days later. The owner was so nice to send them to us back home.

The place is quite spacious. It has two bedrooms and living room, separate kitchen. The toilet and the bathroom are separated also. The apartment is located on the third floor but the building has a small elevator. The check in and check out are pretty easy, the instructions from Denise were clear. There is a very large balcony with furniture so it's very nice to sit there in the morning or in the evening. In the kitchen there is a big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and two types of coffee makers and also a cooking stove. Downstairs there is a Spar supermarket so it's very convenient to shop for food, snacks or wine. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building and a train station is about 3 minute walk. If you want to travel by public transport it's very comfortable.
