We had a lovely stay at the house at the end of May. The weather was spectacular. The welcome from Birgit and her husband was wonderful making sure we understood how to use all of the facilities and they were also kind enough to stock the fridge with a few essentials as we were coming in late. The position of the house over looking the treetops and sea in the distance is beautiful. There is lots of seating options outside in both sun and shade. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was a real highlight for us and used a lot. There was also plenty of beach towels, clothes washing and drying facilities. The bedrooms are lovely, with good wardrobe space in each one. Upstairs in the open plan kitchen is lots of seating and space with wonderful views from the balcony. The house is in a lovely quiet residential area and it is a 20 minute walk to good bolongeries. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Restaurants are plentiful and beach and restaurants all seem to be 10-15 minute drive from the house. We enjoyed walking around old Antibes in the evening and used the Royal beach hotel lido in the day where beach and view is beautiful. We will definitely return and can’t thank Birgie enough for making our stay so special.

Outstanding! What a lovely villa and what a lovely welcome! The warmth of the greeting from Birgit and her family was a perfect match for Villa Clair Matin, which achieves the ideal balance between gorgeous Riviera house and comfortable family home.
