Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise this. The hotel reception is open daily from 9am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance.Credit cards are used for pre-authorisation of your booking and can be charged upon arrival.Please note that the property entrance is located on a small side street called Impasse Maurice Fantino.The closest car parks are: 'Q-Park Antibes', 'Port Vauban' or at the post office and guests must pay for parking. Reservation of parking spaces is not possible.In the event of damage to the property, the hotel will charge the full cost of the property damaged.Pets and smoking in rooms is not allowed. In case of violation of these rules, the hotel charges a fine of EUR 150.Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided credit card a few days before arrival, according to the selected cancellation policy.

Well located, by a large square with many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean with old world charm. The host was very communicative regarding the check-in procedure and very helpful when our safe did not initially work.

The hotel was very quiet only 6 rooms and adjacent to the lovely old town of Antibes. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lolita was available in person or by phone at all times and provided excellent information if required.
