The location. The scenery. The cleaning staff. 2 of the male receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was clean the room was light and airy. Whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned and have fresh towels it was done. But you do have to ask. Some of the food was ok.
