This was my sixth visit and the standard has never slipped. The staff are friendly & helpful, cleanliness is excellent & the beds........Amazing!!

The accommodation Pure Heaven on earth We loved it! EXCELLENT! The Staff of the hotel were very friendly and always very helpful. The Guest Relation Manager - Timur was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly, polite, he greeted us with a smile on his face every time he saw us. He was very helpful, he told us all about the hotel and the area and even helped us when we were leaving, arranged VIP transfer to the airport and made sure we went to the right Terminal, we were going to T1, he double checked it and it was T2 (he was right) BIG THANK YOU to Timur. The Spa! WOW! just WOW! you MUST try hammam there! Mohamed is the best physiotherapist I ever met. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are very spacious and some of the staff are really friendly. Kudos to Mustafa. That young boy had great customer care and I loved the fact that atleast most of the reception people spoke English
