The property is half a mile outside the village of Higher Ansty, travelling towards Hazelbury. The property is on the right-hand side, down a farm track.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I thought the cooked breakfast that I had on first day was a little under cooked for my liking but didn't like to seem ungrateful so refrained from saying anything so did not have cooked breakfast for the rest of my stay. The room was comfortable and adequate facilities and I had the best 3 nights sleep I had had in a long time.

Breakfast was what we had requested. I might have had more tea and toast but the owner was eager to leave to meet a friend.

Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. Nice shower room and toilet area. Lovely peaceful location. Outstanding breakfasts. No traffic or aircraft noise but you will hear the sounds of the countryside. Local lanes are well maintained.
