Excellent property. Don’t be fooled by outwards appearance. The property does from the outside looks like an office block but it was built as holiday apartments. Once inside you will find very clean and spacious accommodation. The property is right in the centre of Anse Royal with restaurants, local shops and beach within 5 min walk.Nearest shops including chemist, butcher and grocery store on the ground floor of the property. Christine the property host was along with all other staff very helpful.

We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Christine, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful — she made sure our room was ready for our early morning arrival and even helped us organise taxis and excursions to explore the island. There’s a lovely café on site, as well as a pharmacy and butcher, which made things really convenient. The stunning beach was just a short walk away. Our favourite places to eat were Kafe Kreol and Royal Bay Beach Club, both right along the beach. We also loved visiting the Takamaka rum distillery, only a 15-minute taxi ride away. We highly recommend this place — it was the perfect setting for a memorable honeymoon.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the greenery. Great location close to everything but quiet and well soundproofed. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you might need, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Smart TV and overall comfort made our stay really enjoyable.
