The staff are super nice, the location is very good, 8 mins to the train station and 10ish mins to the town centre. Facilities are new, overall it is a very good value for money.

I liked the vibe of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very comfortable and well equipped.

Elina at the reception was outstanding in how she received is, welcoming, and yet professional, a skill rarely found in today's hospitality professionals. The rest of the staff all young were ok, sometimes brusque and abrupt. The lobby is cost, well decorated and property as such is well kept and cheery and modern. It is centrally located and easy to find. We enjoyed a glass of wine and snacky food at the Moxy cafe..

Very clean, it has a lively modern feel, every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and extremely helpful, I would say the staff were proactive rather than reactive !
