Location was great very close to the old town restaurants and shops..the view of the lake from the hotel was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful Location is great only a short walk from Annecy Town The hotel also has its own bike hire service which was really handy The rooms were clean and smart - prices for a lake view are considerably more expensive but we made do with a side view of the lake and tbh we only slept showered and changed in there as Annercy and the surrounding areas are so beautiful we didn’t want to miss any of it. However we did enjoy the restaurant, on site bakery and the outdoor roof bar where you could relax and take in the beauty of the lake and mountains whilst enjoying first class cocktails. There is also an outdoor pool which was lovely to sit around and relax with plenty of pool towels at hand

Le Pelican Hotel was wonderful. Excellent location, lovely pool (always found a sunbed when we turned up), great bar - perfect for watching the Bastille Day fireworks. We did not opt for breakfast so the cafe/bakery in the reception was much appreciated. As were the refillable water bottles in the room. We also rented e-bikes from the hotel and cycled around the lake. We loved Annecy and will be back - staying at Le Pelican!
