Please note that for the Classic Room, the lake view will incur an additional charge and is subject to availability. The well-being area of the Cristal Spa is accessible free of charge, by prior reservation, in one-hour slots. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children up to and including 12 years old are admitted from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fitness is accessible free of charge, it is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that treatments must be booked in advance.

What a stunning place and hotel. Absolutely breathtaking, probably prettiest place ive ever been. Hotel was gorgeous and room very comfy and good size. Receptionist nice and friendly.

Beautiful hotel right on the lake, about a 15-minute walk to the centre (or closer to 25 minutes with a 4-year-old!). The room was spacious and very clean, and it didn’t feel cramped at all for our family of four sharing. Breakfast was exactly what we needed — a great start to the day for both us and the kids. We also loved the live jazz music on the terrace in the evenings (Friday and Saturday), which added a really nice atmosphere. the staff at the bar and reception were fantastic and made us feel very welcome (with one exception, but we’ll leave it at that!). The children’s hour in the pool was another highlight — a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Would 100% recommend

Stayed for a week and it's the little touches that are great. Drinks & snacks on arrival. Evian is delivered each day & each evening with sweets, A chocolate eater bunny on arrival. The use of spa and concierge parking is great. Location and superb views, family room 👍 The staff are all lovely. Our favourite hotel 🏨.

Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom. Warm welcome from valet and reception. Lovely spa. Stunning lakeside location with beautiful views, within easy walking distance of the old town.
