Please note that for the Classic Room, the lake view will incur an additional charge and is subject to availability. The well-being area of the Cristal Spa is accessible free of charge, by prior reservation, in one-hour slots. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children up to and including 12 years old are admitted from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fitness is accessible free of charge, it is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that treatments must be booked in advance.

Luxurious hotel, beautiful and large room, large and comfortable bed. Espresso machine in the room. Large bathtub and free car parking. The view of the lake from the hotel is stunning. And the staff is very nice with excellent service.

Quite incredible location on the shore of Lake Annecy. Valet service and concierge greeted us on arrival, excellent service and top quality hotel. Ate in the restaurant the first night, dog friendly terrace and really nice meal. Room was large and comfortable.
