The location of the hotel is perfect. We also had a room with a view of the bridge and lake, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. I can’t comment on the parking as we left it too late to get a sticker for the car to enter the city, but for those in a similar circumstance, I would recommend parking at ‘Parking ILOA’ (Pringy) for secure parking outside the zone - it cost under €30 for 2 nights, 3 days.

The breakfast was very fresh and was well presented with plenty of choice. The hotel was unusual decor wise which we both loved. The staff were helpful and spoke good English as our French is limited. Overall a super stay and will come again.
