The room was large and the bed comfortable. The furnishings were a bit old-fashioned but suited a Victorian home. The shower didn't impress us, the water pressure was very weak and you had to wait a while for it to get warm. It has never become really hot. Maybe because the room was on the second floor, that happens in old houses. For a house with atmosphere you have to pay with a certain amount of discomfort 🙂 I didn't sleep well because during the night I was woken up by the creaking of the ceiling as if someone was walking around in the room above us. Maybe it was a ghost 🙂 My partner didn't mind, so he slept. He's a heavy sleeper. The breakfast was very good, you have to admire the owner who prepares it himself and takes care of everything.
