Holiday parks Overview

Located on One Mile Beach, Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach boasts an outdoor pool and a tennis court. You can dine at the on-site restaurant, and children will enjoy a kids club and a playground.
Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach is a short 5-minute drive from the centre of Anna Bay and a 15-minute drive from Port Stephens Winery. Fingal Bay is an 18-minute drive away.
All air-conditioned rooms feature a balcony and a lounge area. They offer ironing facilities and a bathroom with a bath tub or a shower. Some rooms have a kitchen, a flat-screen TV or a DVD player.
Other activities on offer include mini golf and a games room. Guests can socialise in the shared lounge, or prepare a meal using the BBQ facilities.

We stayed in a very new cabin it was lovely. The value for money was exceptional. Beds comfortable. Beach access. Pool and jumping pillow. Lots of bbq facilities. Great layout of the park. Very easy late check in.

Every single thing. From the friendly courteous staff, to the pool/park/jumping pillow, to the cabin cleanliness, the comfy beds and amazing hot showers, to the park lay out being super spacious and kid friendly, the proximity to the beach, all 5 stars. This park is the best we've visited.
