The fine print
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Everything in the unit was great. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach was fantastic. Close to Nelson Bay and attractions

The property itself is ok. It has amazing views, it's quiet and serene, and the pool and spa are well maintained. Kids had a blast. There are a lot of spiders, some cobwebs around the house, but it is clean. The breeze is very cool with all the doors open, and the outdoor seating was good too. They have a bbq, netflix, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, lots of games and puzzles, and novels to read. The house is very spacious, and we were comfortable.
