The location is perfect, lots of restaurants and bars nearby in a very lively area. Good breakfast included, which we didn’t expect with our reservation.

I am honestly surprised that this hotel does not officially have five stars, because in my personal experience it truly deserves them. The location is perfect — right in the very center, which is incredibly convenient, especially when you arrive late at night. I arrived very late in the evening with two small children, feeling exhausted after a difficult situation with another hotel. From the very first moment, the staff at the reception made us feel safe, welcome, and cared for. I asked if it would be possible to have a small baby bed, and to my surprise and gratitude, the team upgraded us to a larger room completely free of charge. This gesture meant so much to me as a mother traveling with children. The room was spotlessly clean, with enough fresh bed linen and towels, very comfortable and quiet. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail. The breakfast deserves special mention — it was not just food, it was a small piece of art. The chef personally prepared my favorite omelet, and it was absolutely delicious. You could truly feel the care and professionalism in every detail. This hotel turned a very stressful night into a warm, calm, and pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, humanity, and excellent service. I will definitely return and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Turkey, especially families with children. ⭐ Highly recommended.
