The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. The staff at reception Simge and Seren were absolutely lovely, Serdar bey was also helpful and all greeted us with a smile every morning. In the buffet area, we cannot forget to mention Sevda and Saliha, they were friendly also and made sure we didn't go without any extras the hotel breakfast had to offer, made our special omelettes and Turkish coffee!! Thanks to them all..

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are comfortable and the TV is huge. I loved the 24/7 room service and the menu. Ms. Saliha from room service/restaurant is very professional. She understood every order correctly and brings the food fast. Mr. Ömer V. at reception is excellent. He speaks very good English and is very polite and helpful.
