The staff was exceptionally helpful, sincere and polite. They treated me like their own guest and checked on me regularly to see if I need anything. They offered and provided service and assistance before I asked. 5 stars to all of them and my sincere thanks to especially Ms Naide, Ms Bahar, Mr Berkay..
