Lovely newly restored property with great facilities in the town’s historic district. Very helpful hosts who catered for our various dietary preferences without any problems. Contrary to other reviews the WiFi was good.

Giancarlo was a really kind host, the breakfast spread was amazing, some of the cakes, fruit salad etc were even home made by him! He can accommodate gluten-free and lactose free guests if notified in advance or upon booking. The accommodation provided everything we needed and although the rooms are situated in a historic building ( it was a granary), the inside is entirely modernised - the air conditioning and interior were totally modern. His other trade is carpentry so he built all of the furniture custom-designed himself for the property. There is a full length mirror in the room and a bidet in the bathroom. There were nice extra touches like bottles of water, a small bottle of Prosecco, tea and chocolate. Be aware that the kitchen isn’t available for self catering purposes - it’s only open during breakfast time served by the host, however there is a kettle in the room and a fridge in the guest area downstairs. The location is great – quiet overall and only about an 8 minute walk to the lake, very close to restaurants and cafes. It’s the best property we’ve stayed at in Italy in regard to kindness/ availability of the host and also great facilities. Thank you!

The property is in itself a 10/10! Giancarlo the host is fantastic , we ended up talking during breakfast and he’s really a great person and you can tell that he loves his job! He really is the cherry on top of an already great place!

The apartment is lovely and recently renovated with all the commodities. Good price for overall service. Very close to the lake by walk and five minutes far from parking slots. Perfect for a couple or alone. Giancarlo is an amazing host, very nice and kind. You must taste his incredible and richful handmade breakfast that he prepares for his hosts. Amazing!
