Lovely hotel with attention to detail and exceptional staff. Beautiful breakfast, fantastic steam room and pools and best sheets ever! A local stay to celebrate my birthday and I was upgraded and sent a bottle of bubbly!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Upon arrival, the concierge was incredibly helpful with our luggage and took everything to the room while we completed check-in. The hotel itself feels intimate and boutique, perfectly located in the city center restaurants are just a short walk away. That said, the fine dining restaurant downstairs is a must-try; the food was exceptional and the chef’s professionalism truly stood out. A special thank you to Beatrice, who was outstanding warm, attentive, and highly professional. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the effort the staff made to create a memorable experience was beyond anything we expected. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended we can’t wait to return.
