Please note that access to the seawater pools, hammam, sauna and aquagym classes is subject to a charge. The airport shuttle is available every day of the week between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., upon reservation and at an additional cost. Guests are advised to bring sportswear for access to the fitness and wellness centers, as well as 2 swimsuits. Bathing caps and sandals are mandatory. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 20 per day, per pet. 2 dogs are accepted per room. on request with additional charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Private balcony with chairs and a table. Very close to beautiful, long beach. Our room was facing North and was nice and cool despite the heat outside. Large shower room. Spacious room. Sitting area with comfortable armchairs. Access to outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Free gym. Most important: fantastic large, firm, comfortable bed!!! Nice ocean view from the restaurant partially obstructed by dunes. Massive Tv set with very limited number of English channels however you don't go there to watch tv. Very good access to shuttle bus to Biarritz town centre.

Room was small but comfortable with a view and a small balcony . Plenty of parking available next to the beach . Staff was helpful .
