Fantastic homestay in an Art Nouveau house in Angers. The owner, Madame Florence, is very friendly and incredibly helpful with each and any question you might have. Room was big and comfortable - with a balcony and a very well-stocked separate bathroom. Huge and tasty french breakfast. Very quiet area. Highly recommend.

The welcome was amazing, house is a real step back to the 1930s with so many original features. Our room was large and bed very comfortable. Separate bathroom was not a problem as dressing gowns and slippers supplied. Tea and coffee available in a downstairs room. Lovely sitting out on the balcony in the evening overlooking the garden and views down to the church. The host Madame Florence is an exceptional hostess. Brought us tea and coffee to our room on our arrival.She kindly froze our freezer blocks for our cool bag. There were lots of tourist brochures available in the hallway.

The bedroom was large and airy, the bed comfortable and the bed linen tops. We had a delicious choice of breads, pastries and tarts. The lemon curd and orange cake made by Florence was outstanding. Thanks Florence for the friendly welcome and the restaurant advice. We look forward to staying with you on our next visit to Angers.
