The view from the room was outstanding and the location of the Hotel was perfect being near to all the facilities, bars and restaurants. When we arrived we were given options on parking once decided we were given a map and very comprehensive instructions on how to get to the parking place. The Hotel receptionist rang the parking garage to arrange our arrival which was an outstanding piece of customer service. The operator was on hand to guide through us the procedure which was extremely helpful. The parking facility although expensive (but only £5 more than other parking options) gave us flexibility to come and go as we pleased.
