My first Question on my trip was ‘Is there a place to safely store my bycycle’ and here we had a firm yes. The young man on reception was welcoming and was generous enough to tolerate my English only questions. A nice room with all the facilities one would expect and a great view over rooftops. In the evening I was able to sit at a table overlooking the Rhine with a beer (or two :-)). I didn’t take an evening meal but others nearby were well supplied and the food did look appetising. Breakfast? Well I can only describe this as generous. A feast that set me up for a day's cycle ride. A lovely hotel, welcoming staff, and in a charming setting. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Andernach is a really nice place to stay. We were cycling along the Rhein Radweg. The host was very friendly and helpful. the whole place was really clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great.
