The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and cosy, with very convenient underground parking. The food is also very good 😊 Excellent location close to Rhein, historical city center and the train station.

Parking in the Tiefgarage was easy, with slightly bigger spaces than in some hotels. The man on reception was really helpful and welcoming, and stayed on to greet us even though we arrived a bit later than planned. He told me he loves his job and was clearly very proud of the hotel. The room was peaceful, elegant and comfortable, and we were delighted to find pieces of Bienenstichkuchen - a lovely touch. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice of quality foods. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel as we stayed on a Sunday.

This is the only hotel (what we know of) where you do pay for your dog, but you get a bed, bowls and food for your dog! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly also the Italian restaurant is really good and of course dog friendly. Don’t forget to book a place in their underground parking.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. In the room a nice sweet surprise for us, but even treats for the dogs, a bed for them and bowls for them. A very nice decorative room, comfortable bed and good shower. The trattoria is very good and we can recommend the menu with accompanying wines. To make things perfect is a underground garage with lift up to the reception and rooms.
