When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that due to maintenance work the hydrotherapy area of The Spa & Health Club will remain closed from 12th May 2023 through 24th June 2023. During this period, however, the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the gym will remain open. In addition, our Spa & Wellness offerings will be complemented by a Finnish barrel sauna and a hot tub, in the small forest outdoors in front of the gym.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Truly Unforgettable Stay at The Chedi From the moment we arrived at The Chedi, we knew we were in for something special. The seamless blend of elegance, tranquility, and impeccable service made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The design of the hotel is simply breathtaking—sophisticated yet warm, with a perfect balance of contemporary luxury and cultural charm. Every corner of the property is meticulously curated, from the serene water features to the carefully selected decor that exudes understated opulence. Our room was an absolute sanctuary. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and with a view that took our breath away, it felt like stepping into a dream. The plush bedding, high-end amenities, and thoughtful touches—like a personalized welcome treat—made us feel truly pampered. The dining experience at The Chedi was nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, blending local flavors with international finesse. Perfect hotel if you have a baby! We had a crib, a baby sterilizer, bottle warmer, special baby amenities for baby bath. Everything is so children friendly and we loved it. Fantastic staff that go above and beyond (special thanks to Nikos at the restaurant) and great food (breakfast, room service, dinner). Huge perfect rooms as well - value for money for Switzerland. Great bathrobe for spa - although too warm for summer.

Everything, the whole place was welcoming and the staff were lovely. The facilities were exceptional. Good was amazing, very tasty and the room itself was clean and modern. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely visit again

- The culinary experience surpassed our expectations with a sumptuous breakfast buffet and an excellent dinner at „The Japanese“, although prices are definitely rather high. „The Restaurant“ offers a wide variety of à la carte options, with decent food as well. - We definitely liked the seamless fusion of Asian and Swiss aesthetics with exquisite furniture and captivating artworks - Service / staff was attentive and friendly - Spa is in my opinion large enough and offers a large indoor pool and a smaller outdoor pool in the upper section. The lower part of the spa area features saunas, steam baths and hot tubs with different temperatures
