Atilkes “Unexpected disappointment in a good hotel”

The hotel is good, there are a lot of amenities in it. There is a cultural program - concerts with classical music, which were part of a festival that was held during our stay. The food at breakfast was varied, and dinner at the restaurant was also acceptable. The SPA area is more or less good, but it is small and quite crowded for the size of such a large hotel. It works until 8 pm, which is quite early in the summer, but 5 minutes before that an employee chases you out. Otherwise, there are quite kind and responsive staff members, but far from all of them.

Nice room, not too small. Comfortable bed. It was clean. The lobby is very nice, open with a lot of options to sit and relax. Friendly staff everywhere.

Great hotel in a great location. Very big hotel with plenty of facilities. Room was large, super clean and had everything you need. Bed very comfy and bathroom big with rainfall shower. Even the tv had English channels. Unusually for a modern hotel it had no air conditioning, so it was quite warm. It also had a large selection for breakfast, it also does dinner and bar food which was on the expensive side. You also have to pay for parking but this is the same everywhere you go in switzerland.
