Excellent location, exactly near the central train station and very close to the city centre.Clean and comfortable rooms,nice breakfast and wonderful people in the reception,we would like to thank so much Kevin del Castillo who was in the reception today- a very kind and pleasant person ,he gave us invaluable help regarding our journey to Italy and helping us with translation and giving us all the important info we needed.

Pleasantly surprised with the staff at this hotel. They are excellent with their customer service and willingness to assist, 10 stars to you for this alone. The breakfast was super with many choices, both sweet and savory. Many different baked goods all fresh and tasty. Coffee was good and plentiful. A good selection of fresh fruit and different yogurt flavors, absolutely no complaints regarding the breakfast and worth every penny of the small additional charge added to the room rates.

The breakfast was decent. We liked that the hotel was right by the station - 1 of our party fell ill and we needed to get to the station to travel by train therefore it helped that it was very close to the station.
