A very nice and modern room. The staff was really helpful. The fact that there was a babybed available is a plus point. The location Is good!

“Booking System is Suspect”

Both my last stay 3 weeks ago and this stay, there were problems with the booking system. Last stay I had two rooms booked but only one was made up. Luckily I was happy to share a room with my daughter and we got a refund. This time I was meeting up with a friend, and his room booking was apparently not in the system. He had not received a confirmation with room number and key codes, but was not aware he should have. There is no reception, and the person on call had no English, nor been trained to use Google translate, which would have helped communication. Eventually he received a message through booking.com that his booking had been cancelled, and he had to travel to an alternative hotel near Penela. Not a great experience. TL:DR - the room booking/confirmation system needs a major shakeup.

Bathroom was well equipped and modern but shower not as clean as expected. Happy with room though as well as privacy was great.
