One of the cheaper hotels in a rather over-priced city. Not as a bad a location as some other reviewers would suggest (Anchorage may be over-rated and over-priced but its centre is not that big, so it wasn't far from anywhere else - though the trains were quite loud).

Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower - so the basics were well covered. Location was also good - we walked into the city and to the museum.

The property is nice and clean. I really liked that the floors were not carpeted. The staff was amazing and the shuttle from the airport and to the train depot worked flawlessly. I don’t believe this property deserves the bad score overall.

Service: friendly staff. Efficient & free shuttle to airport. Location: north-east edge of town, near to the start of Tony Knowles trail. A simple breakfast is served. Coffee, milk, bread, muffins, yogurt, etc.

The room was clean and adequate for the one night stay. The staff were courteous and friendly. The shuttle service was easy arrange to and from airport and tourist destinations.
