Great location and a lovely view from the flat of the Singel canal. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who was helpful and friendly. We found it to be quiet at night with no noise coming from the street below. It's located just behind a street with plenty of restaurants and bars and a great vibe so you don't have to go far in the evening if you don't want to. Also very close to Koningsplein tram stop. The stairs inside are steep but this was not a problem for us, it might be harder with very large items of luggage.

We arranged to get collected and dropped off at the airport and communication was great. The host Gabriele was amazing. Super friendly and really helpful. Despite being early we were able to leave our bags so we didn’t have to carry them around before checking in and the same when leaving. The apartment was lovely and in a great location. We loved sitting people watching at the window when we were there. We would definitely recommend eating at the secret garden, the food was unreal and the restaurant is beautiful. Overall a fantastic weekend and we would 100% stay here again!

This is a wonderful apartment with a great view and location. Modern and clean, confortable and our family enjoyed very much. Traveling with 2 small kids is not easy, but this apartment is perfect and I strongly recommend for any type of traveler. The host was very nice providing us with a warm welcome and helping us with all the details at the time of arrival. He made us feel at home away from home, and we had a great experience.

The owner was happy to help with the luggage and greeted us pleasantly. The apartment is comfortable to stay in. It was warm and cozy. The location was excellent
