I had a really pleasant stay at Amsterdam Castle. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, and the shower was excellent—always a big plus. What makes this place stand out is the concept: they’ve clearly put effort into recreating a European-style castle, and honestly, it’s kind of charming in the best way. It feels a bit unique and memorable compared to your typical hotel stay. If you’re from the original Amsterdam in the Netherlands, visiting here is almost a must—it’s a fun little connection across the Atlantic. And to top it off, the beds were very comfortable, so I slept really well. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in the area.

Amazing, magical castle-like experience- we were transported back in time. Property is meticulously maintained and charming. We stayed in the family suite and were blown away, it was so gorgeous.

I came to the Amsterdam Castle because I was tired of driving through blowing snow. It was warm and welcoming, curious and wonderful, and very clean, at an exceptionally low price. What more can a weary traveller ask?
