I had requested, long before my arrival, a quiet room on a higher floor and they put me as high up as possible at that time, I appreciated that very much. I liked that when I asked if I could have my breakfast to go, they were more than accommodating and offered to help and gave me boxes for takeaway. The breakfast was very good, my favorites were the American style pancakes during the weekend, the banana bread, the berries...! Also having cereal and strawberry yogurt and milk available, and the apple juice and strawberry smoothie were very good too! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I had read in older reviews about elevators being out of order and that had me a bit worried, but both of the elevators were fully functional so that was not a problem during my stay in June 2025 :) I loved the humorous little phrases around the hotel and in the room, they brought smiles to my face (and my family at home too) I really like that it was this close to Metro, tram and bus stops and the fact that two of the metro lines go there, and tram right outside the hotel 7 goes to Museumplein/Rijksmuseum in about 20 minutes

Location close to the metro station. Very clean. Nice and silent area. It has a proper door between the room and the bathroom.

Easy accessible from metro, nice peaceful place to stay, staff members were helpful n supportive.Thanx to Ruben for ur help. Patio around building is great place to spent time .. had a good time ..!
