Excellent location right next to Metro and Public Bus stations, only four stops from Amsterdam Centraal. A very quiet and tranquil neighborhood. Very pleasant staff at the reception and various entertainment facilities within the premises.

I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. This was up with the very best - great staff, easy check-in, wonderful room with a great view on the top floor and a really relaxed and welcoming vibe. Then there were the little things you don't often see at other establishments - being shown in person where particular facilities are when I checked in despite it being almost 11pm, being offered the opportunity to rent a bike, the pool table, among others. And all that for a very reasonable rate.

The staff (front of house and restaurant) were incredibly friendly, very helpful and truly went the extra mile to make everything run smoothly during my stay.
