We really liked the décor, and the location is perfect. Breakfast was decent. The night staff were kind enough to bring up the pizzas we ordered to our room, and they also allowed us to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, perfect for falling into after a busy day exploring :-) The Free drinks and snacks when you returned back to the hotel was such a lovely touch and so appreciated. It was very welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. Only a 5/10 minute walk from Central Station and close to many main attractions. Tram stop just a minute away to get us everywhere too if my knees were aching :-) The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
