It's so cozy living in a boat, you can enjoy your coffee watching the water, getting visited by ducks (or on one occasion a swan). The room has everything you need from coffee to electric kettle, microwave, fridge, even wine glasses. There is no TV witch was no problem as you can just enjoy the view on the water

The houseboat is located in a quiet area and is easy to walk to different parts of the city. There are a few restaurants and pubs nearby, and we recommend at least a visit to the Checkpoint Charlie pub across the canal. The room itself was quite small, but the two of us could live in it for a week. Everything you need is in the room, including a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and a private shower and toilet. A pleasant surprise was the various cosmetic products, such as hairspray and cotton buds. In the mornings a coot always swam under the window to say hello and it was lovely Self check-in and check-out was effortless and the owners Michele and Sergio were great hosts.
