The fine print
Please note that the following terms will apply to the group reservation of 3 rooms or more:
- If your group booking comes with a refundable / standard condition the following cancellation policy will apply: once the group reservation is guaranteed, cancellation without charge is possible until 14 days before the day of arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 a.m. local time. In case of No Show or late cancellation, the pre-payment is non-refundable.
- Payment is due as follows: by charge of credit card or a pre-payment by bank of the total costs for all rooms, including breakfast, V.A.T. and city tax. The pre-payment should be received by the property 14 days before the arrival date at the latest.

The hotel has everything we needed including a nice breakfast. The hotel stored our luggage when we arrived and on the day we left, as the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the station, this was very helpful.

we had a canal view room. very nice, warm, and clean. We arrived before lunch and were able to leave our bags at the hotel and go sightseeing. Also when we left we had an early evening flight and could leave our bags after completing checkout.

Close to centre, shops and restaurants. Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good WiFi. Perfect for a couple of days sightseeing.
