The fine print
When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Cancellation policy for 8 rooms or more:
-A 10% non-refundable deposit and holding fee are required at the time of confirmation.
-Cancellation one year or more before start date: 10%
-Cancellation between one year and 6 months before start date: 25%
-Cancellation between 6 and 3 months before start date: 50%
-Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date: 75%
-Cancellation between 2 months and the day of arrival: 100%Deposit policy for 8 rooms or more:
-At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking, which can be authorised prior to arrival.
-At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to the arrival of the first guest.
The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as follows;
-30% of the total booking value is required at confirmation of the booking, of which 10% is a non-refundable deposit.
-50% of the total booking value is required 3 months prior to arrival.
-The remaining 50% of the total booking value is required 1 month prior to arrival.
-Any incidentals to be charged upon departure.Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per room with a maximum weight of 6 kg or less.Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of dog-friendly units.Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The breakfast menu offered a superb choice and everything was delicious including the best cappuccino I have ever tasted! Service was excellent. The design and lay out of the hotel was elegant and the grounds were lovely. What made the stay so enjoyable, however, was the charm and helpfulness of the thoroughly professional friendly staff.

Really beautiful, quiet room, high ceilings with lots of light. Fantastic breakfast and location. Staff were awesome.

Beautiful building, extremely attentive and friendly staff and offer to help with anything. We loved the comfort and quality of the rooms (would have liked to have been higher up to have a view of the park) but completely enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone and will hopefully return ourselves sometime!
