Everything was good, we were received by the employee whose name is Aline, I think the check-in was very smooth and fast and I was given a room upgrade because this is my third time in this hotel. I thank Aline for the good reception and for upgrading the room. The breakfast was very good, everything was organic and fresh. When checking out of the hotel, I forgot my personal belongings in the room, there was money and passports. I called the hotel an hour after leaving and they dealt with it quickly and told me that everything was fine and they kept my bag with them until my arrival. Everything was present and intact. I thank the hotel management and the staff working in it for this honesty and good reception.

The hotel has a wonderful restaurant as well as bar. The breakfast here is lavish with a great variety to choose from. Novotel is walking distance from the Rai station as well as the beautiful Amstel city park. Also, the kids are sure to love the recreation area which has table tennis, foosball, and other attractions. The property also has a fantastic gym as well as sauna and steam room.
