The hotel was in an excellent location and all staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Our room was spacious ,clean and had air con which was very welcome. The large fridge was useful for cool drinks and snacks from the nearby supermarket and the room was cleaned every day. Free tea ,coffee and drinking water were all provided in the lobby .There is a tram stop just adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay in The Nova Hotel and would use it again

The location is very good and close to the city centre. Everything is good and the view of the room is beautiful. Recipients are friendly and welcoming.
