The fine print
Check-in starts at 14:00.
Pressing the Reception bell at the front door will connect you with the Nova Hotel reception desk. They will welcome you and open the front door for you by remote control. Once inside, you will find a welcome envelope containing your key card. Use this key card to open the door to your apartment. You can also use it to open the front door.The apartment is cleaned daily and the linens are changed twice a week.Check out time is 11.00.Please note that guests will receive a payment link by the property at least 3 days before arrival. Without payment guests cannot enter the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice place, street are quite and beautiful. To Tram station are only walk in 5 min. Near market, many restaurant and attractions. kitchen is very convenient, we cook many times, save many dinner fee ;)

Great location on a side street just off the Museumplein so just a short walk to the major museums, e.g. Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk, and also a large Albert Heijn grocery store -- apartment is huge by Amsterdam standards, and the building even has an elevator which is almost unheard of
